Black Power Yoga (and Nap) Hour

Sixty-minutes of intelligently-sequenced power yoga, set to a radically affirming musical playlist concludes with a seven-minute rest period. After a short intermission, yogis lie down again, with blankets, pillows and bolsters for the NAP HOUR: a forty-five minute guided relaxation and visualization practice.
