Black Power Yoga Hour + Black Power Nap Hour

This offering is for our "power yogis" ... the folks who enjoy a strengthening, vigorous vinyasa practice, set to a radical playlist with cues that affirm OUR strength, courage, ability to persevere and THRIVE, through all life throws at us. WE GO HARD for 60 minutes and then we GO DEEP into an experience of RADICAL REST inspired by a guided relaxation practice (yoga nidra). Both parts are led by senior instructor Aya-Nikole Cook

This is a two-part class that is best experienced in tandem, but you do have the option of taking the yoga class alone. Reserve your spot in class for $10 or have the full experience for $15 and POWER UP with us.
