Join senior instructor Aya-Nikole Cook for an introduction to vinyasa style yoga. Learn supportive breathing techniques, alignment of the body in posture and how to combine the two to create an energizing, FLOWING practice (likened to a dance) designed to strengthen and liberate.
Vinyasa style yoga is best enjoyed by beginners with some yoga experience. We recommend ABSOLUTE beginners start with our Monday night, Hatha yoga class, taught by Sabrina Ewell. Still, all are welcome.
Yoga mats and props are provided for you. Bring your own if you have/wish. Please advise Aya BEFORE CLASS of any injury or bodily conditions that could effect your practice. If it's your first time in our space, come early to sign our waiver and settle in. Please no LATE arrivals!
