Black Power Yoga Hour + Black Power Nap Hour

Join us to feel affirmed and inspired. To be seen and held. To be strengthened, enhanced, connected and liberated, through the dedicated practice of yoga.  It's a discipline and a lifestyle. Join us. $10

No yoga experience necessary. Blackness recommended.. not required. 

The physical practice ends with a seven minute rest period. The class ends with the bell. At this time students who wish to stay for the Black Power Nap Hour, remain on the mat and are covered with a blanket. Those who wish to leave exit quietly. Nappers are guided through a 10 minute body meditation and left to rest while Aya holds space. At noon the experience ends with the bell.
