Join our resident senior teacher, Aya-Nikole Cook for a physically grounding and energizing Vinyasa yoga practice. This class is best suited for yoga students interested in gaining strength, flexibility and grace inside the flow. Expect a vigorous flowing warm-up, followed by strengthening standing postures, balancing (yes - arm balances too), seated poses, inversions and a juicy savasana (final rest). After rest, we practice pranayama and brief space is held for meditation.
Come with an open mind and heart, ready to go deep into asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practice) and dhyana (meditation).
