Haji Community member and certified Community Health and Wellness Advisor, Cynthia McDonald leads this two-hour workshop with the intention of introducing folks to plant-based eating and nutrition. You will learn current, sustainable dietary recommendations and applications for maximizing well being and minimizing the risk of chronic disease. Dive into the many health benefits of this lifestyle and learn self management tools to make eating plant-based more accessible, easy and FUN!
