Haji Healing Salon is about bringing ALL THE WELLNESS to the people! It has long been our intention to host visiting teachers, healers, yogis and mystics from all over the country. We believe in diversity and appreciate diverse practices, perspectives and approaches to healing the body. This is why we are so excited to welcome visiting dynamic duo: Amir Madison + Adrienne Diaz to the salon for an evening of YOGA + AYURVEDA.

Our friends are from Los Angeles, where they have a shared practice of bringing yoga and Ayurvedic medicine to the people, in addition to maintaining thriving personal practices. Adrienne is originally from Chicago and is particularly excited about returning and connecting with Haji Community.

Help us welcome sister Adrienne + brother Amir for a lovely, inspiring evening of yoga (60 minutes led by Amir) and introduction to Ayurveda (an ancient Indian health science), taught by Adrienne. You’ll enjoy an energizing yoga class, before diving into an helpful teaching around learning your “Dosha” (mind-body type classified as Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and other basics of Ayurveda. Enjoy complimentary tea + lite bites with our guests post-practice.

$25 class investment. Please reserve by September 20th to join us.

$15 for 60minute Yoga practice alone.

About Amir Madison 

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Amir developed a strong interest in serving members of his community and educating others on how to sustain a healthier lifestyle. Amir received a scholarship to play football, is a former professional arena football player, became a personal trainer, and completed his RYT200 Hot Yoga Teacher Training at Hot 8 Yoga in Beverly Hills. Amir understands the importance of strength and conditioning, nutrition, and the interconnection between body and mind. From previous experience with working directly with athletes, Amir has found a significant increase in range of motion, improvement in flexibility, increase in speed, prevention of injuries, and overall enhancement in health, well­being, and mental awareness when yoga was incorporated into the training.

About Adrienne Diaz

Adrienne received her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from North Central College, completed her RYT-200 Yoga teacher training certification, Reiki Certification, and studied Ayurvedic Medicine at Mount Madonna Institute with master teachers including Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar, Dr. RH Singh, Dr. Sarita Shrestha, Steven Highburger, Dr. John Douillard, Dr. Rucha Kelkar, and Dr. Yashashree Mannur. Adrienne offers private yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic nutritional counseling, breathwork and energy healing. Adrienne's purpose is to educate and to inspire her community to live in harmony with all rhythms of life. Adrienne continues to share the love and knowledge passed down to her from her teachers through her classes, workshops, and lifestyle.
