Our intermediate vinyasa yoga classes offer an intelligent, full-spectrum sequence, designed to awaken the body + prepare students for pranayama (breathing exercises) and dhyana (meditation). Expect a vigorous warm up, strengthening standing postures, an inversion and/or arm balance, backbends, twists and forward folds before savasana. Post-savasana chanting, pranayama and guided meditation ensure you leave feeling more calm in the mind, open in the heart and connected to the body, the SELF and the ALL.  Join our intimate community, where plenty of personal instruction is available and watch your practice EXPAND!
