We’ll make you as comfortable as possible, on a doubled up mat on the floor with bolster, pillow and eye-mask, or in a zero-gravity chair. While soft music plays and lavender essential oil diffuses relaxation into the air, Aya will guide you through a body meditation and visualization practice that will take you to places unexplored within. This is no regular nap time, it’s something different, that penetrates into the deeper levels of your subconscious and completely restores you.

One 30 minutes of yoga nidra, is equivalent to 3-4 hours of sleep! That is the level of restoration we’re talking about here. Here are a few more reasons Yoga Nidra ROCKS:
