Welcome to the Beginners Begin 5-week yoga series. This is THE place to begin building your yoga practice. If you have never taken a yoga class, or have but felt you were in the wrong place, preferred a slower pace or more instruction… this is the class for you. Instructor Darlene Blackburn is trained in Iyengar Yoga, a supportive style of yoga that is great for all bodies and abilities as it emphasizes ALIGNMENT, SAFETY + USE OF PROPS to make poses more accessible. This 60-minute, 5-class class series will instruct you through all the basics of yoga including yogic breath, posture and meditation, all at a pace slow enough to support your absorption.

Join us by booking the whole series for $45 or drop-in to individual classes for $12.

This class requires a minimum of four people to run and you must reserve by 9/25. If enrollment is low, the class may be subject to cancellation. If cancelled you will be issued a full refund one week before the series would have begun.
