We operate a boutique-style studio designed to host what we call COMMUNITY HEALING. All yoga classes and healing services happen within shared space. By sharing the space, we are able to lower the cost and allow more people greater access to these life-enhancing services. Additionally, everyone benefits from the nexus of healing energy, generated by the collective. Our goal is to remove the walls, the pretense and the economic barriers to our wellness. We offer a truly unique wellness experience, offered within highly-curated, safe space. For the best service, reserve your yoga class, bodywork or acupuncture ahead of time and pay online, at the time your reservation is made. While we do allow walk-ins for Sunday services, please note that you may incur an extended wait time. If you must cancel a reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, so a client from the wait list can take your spot.  There are no refunds or credits offered for missed classes or healing service reservations. If you are not able to make your appointment, we will PAY IT FORWARD by offering it to another person from our community.

You may bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. If you don't have a mat, we can provide a community mat for you. We have blocks, straps and blankets if props are needed for class.   Please be sure to inform your instructor if you are pregnant, have any injuries or issues that could effect your practice, before class begins. All yoga classes are 60 minutes, except Sunday Sanctuary Community Yoga (75min). All classes begin on time and we ask that you do your best to arrive a few minutes early for class. Late arrivals are very disruptive the class and will not be admitted. Please move accordingly.

Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing to your appointment. Pant legs and sleeves that can be rolled up are best to give the therapist more access to the body. Please fill out the online acupuncture intake form, prior to your arrival at the Salon and be prepared to have a 5-10 minute intake with the therapist in person. We do our best to ensure your comfort. Please communicate with the therapist or Aya right away,  if you are uncomfortable for any reason. If you are easily disturbed by environmental sounds (i.e. sirens, street sounds, people walking past your chair, snoring etc.) we recommend ear plugs. You may bring headphones and listen to your own music or meditations, or purchase a pair of disposable earplugs from us for $1. Please do your best to arrive on-time for your appointment. Late arrivals jam up the schedule and may incur a longer wait time to be seen. If you are walking in for acupuncture, you may choose to receive a balancing ($10) or detoxifying ($15) Auricular (ear) acupuncture treatment. These treatments require placement of tiny needles in the cartilage of the ear. Thirty minutes of rest with needles is a recommended part of this treatment. We are not able to refund or credit missed acupuncture appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment, we appreciate a call that allows us to offer the time slot to someone from the waiting list or a community member in need.

We offer Reiki energy healing and Asian style bodywork. You may choose to have your bodywork in a massage chair, on a massage table ($5 up-charge) or on a mat on the floor, Thai-style. Individual Reiki appointments happen on the massage table. Since the composition of healers and services offered at the salon varies week-to-week, we cannot guarantee that the massage table will always be available. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we appreciate your flexibility and understanding, if we are NOT able to do so. We do not remove any clothing for massage. It's best that you wear comfortable, active wear or yoga clothing for your service. Missed bodywork appointments cannot be refunded or credited. Thank you for understanding.
